Shikha Says:
Welcome to a new feature on the blog – the Sample Corner. Now as a beauty blogger I have to always be on a look out to try and talk about new products in the market. The companies just keep flooding the market with their stuff ever so often and with the way prices are soaring these days running a blog has become a very expensive deal. Especially when you don’t earn anything out of it 😛 I keep my regular job just so I can add fuel to this obsession of mine. I’m sure a lot of you must be nodding your heads on that.

So I try to lay my hands on samples whenever I can. Not only for review but to also keep abreast of the latest stuff and to find something that suits me and gives some result. Now I’m not just a sample hog but do dish out the money for the product if I like it. Heck I have dished out money to buy something just so that I can “sample” it. Sounds insane I know but that’s the way it goes down sometimes.
To cover the samples that I have picked up especially in recent times, I decided to do this series in the lines of a “First Impression  kinda line. I will present to you the basics of the product and the result that I saw in the few number of days that the thing lasted me. Now some samples are small so they last an average of 3-5 days and it becomes very difficult to judge them. But at least their basic qualities can be talked about. By no means let us write off those ones please. They are just meant to provide you a small window into the product.
Now some samples are generous sized (or you get a generous SA who does not mind giving you 2-3 pieces of the same stuff) and these can fairly help one judge the workings of the product. All the posts will mention the quantity of sample being used and for how long it lasted me apart from the findings. So please keep an open and non-judgmental mind when you go through these posts. I hope that together we will be able to find some of the really good but hidden gems lying out in the market waiting to be discovered. I will be seeing you in the upcoming post -Bye!
