Halloween Fire Dragon – I am the fire dragon queen…the last of my kind. I have witnessed centuries and an entire eternity has passed by. With each cycle of the moon I have seen this world shift and shape to what it has become. This hallow night as the veil thins between the worlds you can feel my presence in the darkness as I lie in wait…as I observe this strange creation called man. Your skin prickles as my eyes land on you. I carry the eternal fire within me…I can create an entire world with its might or destroy everything in the blink of an eye. I am both a predator and a creator…

 

 
Can you feel that shiver go up your spine? I can snuff out your entire existence in the blink of an eye. This small world that you work so hard to create each day…your sweat and blood that you pour into it day by day. Or should I say the blood of others that you pour into it. Yes I see it all…your lies, your deceit, your darkest secrets, your deepest fantasies…all your perverseness is laid bare to me. I see you…

 
Did you hear that sound? It was my nails dragging as I inch closer to you…I can hear your heart beating faster! The warm blood rushing through your veins is like music to my ears. I can smell your fear. Did you know that it has a sweet seductive smell to it? Ask any predator and they will tell you how heady it is. There are more of your kind lurking in the shadows than us, ready to consume their prey in the vilest manner. Yes the call of the hunt is seductive…you would know. She begged you to let her go as you devoured her. That smell rolling off her in waves…seduced you didn’t it. That poor youngling. Atleast we consume our prey out of respect. You left her exposed to show your dominance…

 
Ah there it is…the fire rises within me traveling up each cell. Can you feel its warmth? You look around…the predator has turned prey. I smile as I see you trying to find a way out. There is no where to run. I do enjoying toying with you. The shadows dance in the distance…it is to the call of the night that they are responding too. Ah you silly mortal…there is no place that you can hide from me. Does the dark whisper to you too? Are you its agent as well? No matter for you will reunite with it tonight…it wants you.

 
I raise my claws and call the fire to come and play. It blazes as it can sense my excitement. It has been a while since I have toyed with a prey like this…I step out of the shadows and put my hand on your shoulder from behind. Did you really think hiding in the closet would save you? Silly child. You scream…ahhh you scream and scream and scream…and then you stop. Though I am made of fire I can still feel the warmth of blood trailing down my claws. My fire made quite a mess of you. Oh well! I fade into the night slowly…lying in wait for the next one. Always hiding in the shadows…will you be next? I am the Fire Dragon Queen…the last of my kind. And maybe the last being that you will lay your eyes upon as your time comes to an end…
