Ingredients:
Benzoyl Peroxide (5.0%), Water (Aqua), PEG-8, Butylenes Glycol, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Glycyrrhiza Glabra Root Extract, Porphyra Umbilicalis Extract, Spiraea Ulmaria Extract, Enantia Chlorantha Bark Extract, Oleanolic Acid, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Cycoldextrin, Hydrolyzed Algin, Xanthan Gum, Zinc Sulfate, Allyl Methacrylated Crosspolymer, Benzophenone-4, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Aminomethyl Propanol, Tetrasodium EDTA, Benzyl PCA, Phenoxyethanol.
I would dispense a small amount on my finger tip and then put it on the affected area. Let me tell you this product helped me a lot. Within 3-4 uses, and this is for the really bad ones, the pimple would reduce significantly if not altogether disappear. The marks left were less pronounced in color and existed for a shorter duration. This is definitely my go to product for pimples.
Ok now coming to one of the things which I feel is a con for this product. I used this a couple of times and after that one day I found that I was getting no product on pushing the button. I tried shaking the tube and stuff but it didn’t help. I was like Damn it got over so fast :(. I don’t know what came over me but I decided to dissect the tube and check it once. I had a hard time opening it but I was successful in it. When I removed the upper tip I realized there was more than half the tube full of product!!! I probably would have just tossed it and wasted so much. But lets look at the bright side – you do get a lot of product for the money you pay for it. It costed me Rs. 1375/- for 10 ml of product and after almost 5-6 months of use I still have a lot of product left to go.
This is the point from where you can open the tube. The nozzle is a piece fitted on the main body. |
You can see how much product is still left |
Pros:
- It is an effective product which gets rid of all sorts of pimples
- Works in a shorter time frame
- Minimizes pimple marks
- Ease of availability
- Packaging. Can coz you to waste a lot of product is you are not careful/aware. Better to depot it.
I give this one 2 thumbs up! They have a lot of other products in this range. So blast those nasties away Divas and get your clear skin. Hope you found the review useful. Take care. Ciao!

I have heard a lot about this brand that it is one of the best skincare brands in the market today (esp. from people who work in parlors) and their facials are especially good. I have tried out the facial and I must say it does live up to its claim. I had taken my mom for one as well as she need some major TLC coz there was going to be a marriage in the family. You know moms – they take care of everyone but themselves. Due to her health conditions she faces a lot of skin issues and has developed some pigmentation patches on her skin.
My mom used it diligently for a week to 10 days twice daily. By the end of the period this patch that was forming below her eye lightened up noticeably. I was using MAC foundation and concealer on her earlier and the patch would still show a little under that. But after using this cleanser I was able to cover it up. What I mean to say that a light to medium was enough to cover the discoloration as opposed to its need for a heavy coverage earlier.
I threw away the box long back so I don’t have the full list of ingredients. Searching the web yielded no results as well. I did find the active ingredients mention on their website which I am posting below.
- Morus alba: White mulberry tree root extract, inhibits melanin synthesis
- Fatty alcohol ethoxylates: Nonionic tensides, emulsify water- and lipid-soluble particles of dirt without drying out the skin
If you are looking for a product which will help you with your discoloration problems and provide brightening to your skin as well this cleanser definitely fits that bill. I used it on my undereye area (not recommended) and it helped to lighten the area. Some may find it pricey but honestly very little of the product is used in a go. More over you can use it as a treatment/therapy product ie as and when your skin needs it then as opposed to something you turn to everyday.
What the company claims:
- Particularly mild care formula coordinated to the skin´s hydrolipidic barrier
- Prevents liver spots
- Leaves the skin feeling clean and refreshed
- Avoids feelings of tension
Pros:
- Does lighten pigmentation and help to brighten the skin
- Makes skin smooth and supple
- Easy to dispense pump
- Price (personally I don’t find it a hindrance esp. coz the product works)
- Availability
Hope you liked the review. I now it is kinda lengthy and not in my usual format. Sorry about that. But trying to catch up with all the backload. See you next time divas!
Would you purchase it again? – Yes I would. My present bottle will last quite sometime though but need be I definitely would.
Would you recommend it to your friend? – Yes!

Some variants of the Happy Cleansing Foam |
Shikha Says:
There are 12 shades in total like all other palettes from the brand. 8 are sparkly shades and 4 are metallic. The mix of colors is interesting and has holiday themed names like Tinsel, Mistletoe, Festive, etc. I really like the fact that they have included metallic colors in the 4 basic shades of gold, silver, bronze and copper. These are mineral based shadows. Lets look at the names:

Front and Back of the sachet. There were 5 such ones. |
List of Ingredients |
Folding the sachet to get the serum |
Cabotine De Gres Perfume:
This a spicy floral perfume which smells awesome. It lends a hint of mystery (atleast I felt so). I love the way they have given the notes of the perfume (the different scents in it) in the shape of a pyramid. I have smelt the fragrance before. It is exactly the same as some other perfume, cant recollect which, so I did some research and found it being compared to Dior Poison Tendre. Hmm have to check it out but I know I have smelt it elsewhere. I think that it can work for both day and night, spicy enough for night and daring enough (if you get my drift) for day. Love it! It costs Rs. 2200 to Rs. 3325/- for the full sized ones.
Bath & Body Works Cashmere Glow Body Lotion:
Oooo another great product. It provides great moisturization and a healthy looking glow (not fake shimmer glow) for 5-6 hours at least. Light peach colored liquid with a butterscotch/caramel smell to it. It contains the goodness of shea, jojoba and vitamin e. My hands have become really dry this winter coz I have to work around the house and these have been a life saver. I don’t have to keep reaching for it again and again like other so called hand lotions. Just slap em on and I’m good for next 5 hours or until I wash my hands (obviously :p). Another addition to the purchase list. Costs Rs. 810/- for the full size.
Anna Andre Deluxe Cream Lipstick – Shade 40201:
Ok let me start with describing the product to you. The shade is “earthy pink” which I would describe as a brownish tone pink. The texture is awesome and it glides on so smoothly giving your lips a nice moisturized look and feel. The color would compliment a lot of Indian skin tones. Because it is creamy in nature it transfers fast and does not stay on for too long. It is a thick pencil format which has a twisting base so no sharpening required.
Having said all that I have my doubts about it brand wise. It is portrayed as a French brand from some famous French makeup artist. But when I did my research I did not find a single review from an international blog. All the reviews were mainly done by Indian blogs. Secondly the packing finish and look is very cheap. I don’t think any self respecting French brand would have such kind of packing, they are known for their impeccable taste after all. If I saw this brand in a store I would completely pass over it thinking it to be some cheap Indian brand. I don’t mean to be critical or nasty when I say this (please accept my apologies) my point is to question the price tag. It costs Rs. 430/- for full sized product which I feel is a little much for such a brand. The product is nice but for me it is not worth the price tag. I can pick something similar for a lesser price tag.
That wraps up the December box divas! I hope I didn’t disappoint this time. I will try to post such detailed reviews for future boxes. And yes I do intend to catch up with the pending ones :p. So until next time – Be safe! Ciao!
