Hello chicas! Finally we have reached the makeup specific part of the Cosmo Beauty Awards 2019…and starting it off with my personal favorites aka eye makeup products. There are a lot of categories in the makeup winners so I had to split them into broader categories so that it is easier for you to browse through it all. They really got into it…I mean really! Once you start going through them all will you realize how detailed they were about the entire thing. I think there are 3-4 types of mascara alone!
