Hello doves! Today I have a special treat for you as I got my hands on the Colourpop Mystery Bag 2019 which I will be unboxing 🙂 Who doesn’t love an unboxing!!! I’m sure you know by now how much I love a subscription box if for nothing else than for just the thrill it offers. Usually I don’t go for single brand boxes but since this was from Colourpop I was all for it. Though technically this is not a subscription box rather a mystery bag/box aka a one time thing. They have priced the bag at 25$ which comes up to approx Rs. 1800/- roughly which seemed quite decent. I picked 2 other products from the brand which I will share separately. The bag contains 9 products! This makes the effective value per product to be around 3$. They have mainly given eye and lip makeup in it. Colourpop Volumizing Mascara in the shade Black On Black – So they announced the launch of their mascaras right after I had bought the bag. I was kinda upset coz I really wanted to try it out. You know I love me a good mascara! But I was so stoked to find this included in the bag 🙂 Price $6.40
Colourpop Super Shock Shadow in the shade Party Of Five – Price $4. They call it a warm burgundy with a ton of multi-colored duochrome glitter on top

I have put the current price of each product ie the values I saw when I was writing this post. The reason I mention this is coz I noticed that the prices have been marked down on the site presently…so I’m using those as a reference here. The total value of the products in the bag comes to $43.60 approx as per the markdown prices. Most shades were very nude/brown based. I’m not a fan of the brown spectrum TBH but I like the bag overall. I think this makes for a great gift! Whether you get it for someone else or treat yourself this is worth checking out. I hope they do more of these in the future. I know I certainly will be on the look out for it. I hope they might consider doing color themed ones or even include something from their skincare brand.
