Hey there bellas! Today I will present to you what was given to us as a gift in our goody bags when we attended the Purplle and Soulflower bloggers event (if you missed that post you can check it HERE). We got 2 variations – Feel Sexy and Energy Boost. I believe this is a recent launch from them. There are 11 variants targeting different areas and concerns. The basic idea behind this is to act as your personal problem solver. These are not your regular fragrance roll ons but rather have very specific actions.

     They come in a glass bottle which is around 2-3 inches with a steel finish cap and a plastic roll on. Though not heavy this is not really travel friendly as some have a tendency to leak. The best way would be to put it in a small ziplock bag. The roller is very smooth and does not get jammed. The base of the product is a light carrier oil (jojoba) which gets absorbed into the skin quite soon. Price is Rs. 100/- for 8ml of product. Those are some of the basics characteristics for both and now we shall break down each individually.

Energy Boost:

     When you need energy to keep going and give your spirits a lift, this blend containing peppermint, rosemary, lemon and grapefruit stimulates circulation, motivates and energizes. These warming oils help oxygenate the blood and promote blood flow, which in turn energizes the body. This blend is about getting the fire started. Energy boost helps you initiate, act and deliver. Peppermint increases alertness and energy.Rosemary is a powerful energy stimulant and keeps you focused and alert. Lemon is known as liquid sunshine, gives clarity of thought and energy. Grapefruit has a sharp refreshing aroma and perfect for lack of energy and muscle fatigue


     Ingredients: Peppermint essential oil, rosemary essential oil, lemon essential oil, grapefruit essential oil, Vit E in a base of jojoba oil.

How to use:

     For those times when you are feeling drained and devitalized, or just need a little nudge off the couch, keep this blend close at hand. Apply this blend early and often throughout the day to stimulate energy, movement and vitality. Take Energy Boost with you on the go, to keep you going.


     The best spots to apply it? For Energy Boost they are the base of your neck, collarbone and temples. These touch points along Yang meridians are key sites to start things moving. Apply Invigorate to your wrists to help balance your remaining organ meridians and for extra absorption of the oils. Dab it under your nose to give the molecular messengers in this blend a direct path along the nasal cavity to your brain. Inhale deeply and thrive.Best not to use this one before bed.”


     The smell of this one is very balm like. Notes of peppermint combined with the lemon hits you which for me was a little off putting coz I expected it to go on my skin and provide me some pain relief you know (the smell triggers that sort of reaction). For me this was not an energizing blend. Though it fades to a better smelling note later on but does not last for very long on the skin. The texture as I mentioned is a light oil which does absorbed into your skin. I put it behind my ears and on the sides of my temple. Personally this is not something I would purchase again.

Feel Sexy:

     Spice up your love life with Aphrodisiac, naturally active aromatherapy. A unique synergy blend of pure and exotic essential oils reputed to enhance sensuality and restore sexual energy including Jasmine, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang and Patchouli.      Use this blend to engage the fire within you. It is for you. It is about you. They say feeling sexy comes from within. Give in to Get Sexy and let it help you realize your desires. The best spots to apply it? There is no limit. Start with the heart meridian, concentrated at your wrist, and in the crease of your elbow. Move upward toward your collarbone, then behind your ears and at your temples. Dab it under your nose to give the chemical messengers in this blend a direct path through the nasal cavity to the limbic system. Reapply throughout the day (or night). Inhale deeply and enjoy.

     This blend was probably everyone’s favorite and I think the name had some contribution to it. A very sensual note which helps to relax me. I can feel these tight bands in my head loosening and this calmness come over me. Soothing but energizing in some way as well. That is what this does to me. This one lasts for quite a bit on your skin and cant be smelt by people around you unless they get really close (if you know what I mean). The fragrance remained the same for me as when I first put it on only the intensity of it dims a little. I put this on my wrists, behind my ears and on my temples. This one I would not mind getting again.

     Overall an interesting line from the company. I would like to try and see some of the other blends that they have in this. Honestly since I met the people behind this brand I have grown an affection for it especially coz of seeing their passion for it.
