Quick and Easy Glam Look

Hey everyone! Doing a tutorial after a very long time and I realized that Im very rusty with it. I hope you guys like it. Created a very simple and easy to do look which looks quite glam yet classy. You can pair it with red lips like me for the diva look or any other lipstick of your choice to tone it done. So lets get started shall we…

Quick and Easy Glam Look

Step 1 – Prime your lids with a primer of your choice. Blend it all over the lid. Im using Urban Decay Primer Potion here. If you dont have a primer then take a little vaseline, like a dot, and spread it over the lid so that there is just a bare film of it on your skin and it is not greasy. Works as well as any primer in giving you color pay off but the longevity comes into question.

Step 2 – Take a soft gold/champagne shimmer shade and put it only on your lid like show. I’m using L’oreal Chrome Shine in Sepia Sparkle here. It is simply gorgeous! Pack it on with a eyeshadow brush till you get the intensity that you want.

Step 3 – Now take a pointed dome brush and a matte soft brown shade. Apply this in your crease and then blend it upwards a little. If you dont know what is a crease, touch your lid with just the brush and you will find a line/depression on the top of your eyeball. (eyes closed please :D) This is your crease line.

Step 4 – I took a silvery eyeshadow with a slight yellow tone to it and used it as my highlighter. I applied it just below the arc in my brow and from there spread it outwards in both directions.

Step 5 – I didn’t want to amp the drama too much by using a black liner so I choose the Maybelline Gel Liner in Brown Swirl. Using a small angles brush draw a cat eye. Btw did you know that if you flick the liner towards your brow then it is a cat eye and if you line around your lash line and keep the flick at level with the eye on the side then it is a puppy eye?!? I didn’t realize that I was making “puppy” eyes all this time 😀

Step 6 – Coat with your favorite mascara. I’m using two different ones here as I love the look they give. I start with Loreal One Million Lashes one and finish with Yves Rocher S3xy Plump one.

Step 7 – Now clean any fallout under your eyes and do your base. Add in some dimension with contouring and highlighting. Next I topped this off with the super gorgeous Red Velvet velvetine from Lime Crime. It is a matte lip stain.
