You know my biggest problem with dieting, apart from being able to stick to it, is the whole process you have to go through of acquiring the produce. Whether it is some specialized diet that you want to do or even the current trend of juicing/detoxing that is doing the rounds…getting the raw materials, prepping, processing and finally consumption…and then to keep repeating it over and over!
