     I love my hair. It gives me a sense of completeness, affects my confidence and downright has an unholy grip on my soul. When it shines and is full of life my heart is filled with joy….when it breaks and falls to oblivion my soul shatters to pieces…..very dramatic I know but that is my intense relationship with it. A little pampering to it and you will see a big smile on my face which shines in my eyes. This was told me someone very close once. So to celebrate the happiness that beautiful hair can bring here are some recipes or DIY’s for you…

Hair Conditioning Pack  
Hair care
1 avocado, peeled and cut into chunks
2 Tbs heavy cream
1 Tbs honey
     Mix ingredients in a blender. Comb mixture through freshly washed hair. Wrap head in plastic cap and cover with a towel. Let sit for 15 minutes, and rinse well.
Pack for soft radiant hair
Hair care
1 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp Almond oil
1 tsp Avocado oil
1 tbsp honey
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
     Mix above ingredients and apply all over hair and scalp. Leave in hair for 15-20 mins minimum. Shampoo and rinse hair. FYI – tsp = teaspoon, tbsp = tablespoon. Use measuring spoons please not the regular household ones.
Pumpkin Hair Pack
Hair care
2 cups pumpkin (chopped and cooked)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp yogurt
     Blend the pumpkin and yogurt together. Then add the remaining ingredients and make a smooth paste. Apply the mixture to damp hair and wash out after 15 minutes. A rich source of Vit A and Potassium this ingredient is know to help in hair re-growth and conditioning dry/damaged hair. Try this easy to make recipe to reap its benefits. 
Hair Pack for nourishment and to stop hair fall
Hair care
2 Eggs
1 Tsp each Amla powder, Shikakai powder, Reetha powder, Meethi powder, Triphala powder
1 Lemon juice
     Keep for 45 minutes in hair. Wash with a mild shampoo.
