A lot of them call me Shouri, & some do call me Rimi..
5. When did you realize that you had a fetish and were a closet MUA?
Oh! I always loved makeup & beauty related things from childhood! but shortly after school I started wearing a bit of colored eye liners & some light washes of eye shadows. I realized how with very little makeup you could look “put together”. After I graduated & started working I ventured more into makeup! After that I also started getting my friends hair & makeup done then I felt I was a pro at it!
6. Which has been your most embarrassing makeup related incident to date?
Gawd! You know how Mumbai rains are right? So one day I forgot to wear waterproof mascara! & you can imagine the rest how I reached office looking!
7. Which has been your most memorable makeup related incident?
Recently I attended L’Oreal Cannes Press Conference. There I had a change to meet Sonam Kapoor. While taking pictures with her she asked if I got my makeup done professionally? I said no I did on my own! Wow then I thought dang! Im good at makeup!

8. What have been your fav products/brands so far?
I love Loreal till the core! All the product that I have used are bomb! Their true match foundations are awesome! Apart from that I love colorbar & Revlon. & I have fallen in love with Real Techniques & Sigma brushes.

10. Have you found your HG (Holy Grail) product yet? If yes, then which one is it?
Yup! for moisturizer I think I have found my match its the Neutrogena oil free moisturizer with SPF. & L’Oreal true match foundation!
11. What is your signature style?
In the morning I just get 20mins to do my makeup! So its mostly a champagne-y neutral eyes, winged eye liner, lots of mascara & a bright mouth!
12. Which celeb makeup style do you admire?
I love Sonam Kapoor’s style & makeup. Then there are Kangana Ranaut, Vidya Balan & Sonali Bendre. & Internationally I love Beyonce, Victoria & Kim K’s style of dressing.
13. Which makeup blogger looks do you like the best (choose one only)?
OMG! this ones a toughie! I love Nisha’s looks from Beauty & the cheap.
14. Which upcoming makeup trend do you have your eye on?
This ones not upcoming.. But berry & corals lips have been in the spot light since last 2 seasons.. & I’m still loving it!
15. Which upcoming makeup launch are you lusting for?
Oh o o!!! ^_^ I’m eyeing some nail paints from the Lakme pop tints range! They are so gorgeous & perfect for summers!

16. 3 things about you that no one knows?
Ahhhh…1- I cant cook, but I’m a foodie! 2. I cant take afternoon naps.. 3- I can become friend with anyone in an instance.
17. Shouri Ghosh, Professional MUA – dream or possibility?
Uhh,… neither actually! I’m a fashion Designer by profession & I’m happy with that! & MUA is just my passion..
