Today I present to you my review of the Colorbar Take Me As I Am Lipcolor in Tango Pink. I picked up a couple of lip products from Colorbar as I really loved the colors I found and liked the textures of the swatches. It has been quite sometime since I gave this brand a go and wanted to try something from the different ranges that they have on offer. So be on a look out for those in the near future. Texture:
> Creamy texture
> Neither moisturizing nor drying
> Provides full coverage
> Does not last an eating session and comes of in patches. Smacking of lips does not help much and has to be topped off with the crayon again.
> Color does not go away completely even after the 10th kiss but tends to sit in the lines after the 5th. (Kiss test is where I kiss the back of my hand to determine the staying power of it vis-a-vis its transfer).
> Fades to a beautiful natural looking color

Pigmentation:
> Color is reddish pink shade. A few tones lighter than a fuschia.
> Provides rich opaque coverage.
> Does not contain any shimmer/glitter particles to it.
If you are looking for an intense pigmentation then your search ends here. Unlike the others in its category ie lips crayons this falls short on the moisturization aspect but provides almost a semi-matte look. For Rs. 699/- (ok I’m not sure about the price because I don’t remember how much I paid for it but I saw 2 prices for it – 699 and then 799 online) it is among the mid range ones in this category but far surpasses them in color payoff, at least the ones I have tried.
