The post I did on the 7 lippy swatches from MAC last year was immensely popular. I was intending to do this as a follow up but it got pushed into the wait queue and I ended up forgetting about it completely. Recently when I finally organized my eye makeup drawer I found these babies again. Again all are samples that I have picked from the site – The Body Needs and you can read about it in the previous post (link given above). For a quick recap, they buy full sized MAC products and then break them down into sample sizes and sell. A good way to try out some of the shades that you wanted but were hesitant in putting down the full price for. But this site will make sense when the Rupee is stronger.
As before, I will just be doing swatches for the products and there wont be any description about it in any manner. The logic is that since I didn’t buy them from MAC directly I find it would be unfair to make any comment about them. Just sit back and enjoy the colors and see how they look against an Indian skin tone.

And that was it 🙂 Im so in love with some of them! Antique Diamond tops my list of must-have followed by Rubenesque, Just Before Dawn and Melon. I felt that Soft Ochre was better suited to Indian skintones to use as a base than Painterly as it was too pink and looked whitish on the lids. It has been so long since I did any eye swatch that I felt completely out of practice and was struggling to get it right 😛 Sigh! So which ones made it to your lust list?
