Hello me chicas! Been a while since I penned some words down. I tell ya once you stop it takes a bit of a push to get back on track. But I missed it and missed you. So it feels great to be doing something so familiar again. Lord I'm behaving as if I went on pilgrimage or something :P Any-hoo! I'm back and that is all that matters baby ;)
I was sent this product to review by the PR of the company. I have got some of their recent launches on my own and must say I have been liking things so far. I will be putting those up soon. But coming to the blush. There are 3 variants from what I understand in this range. To find out more about the other shades you can go HERE. The pack looks compact and is about 1.5 inches in diameter. The base is made of white plastic while the cover is transparent. I like the fact that it is not flimsy in nature. And the compact size makes it easier to tout around. A nice brush would have been an ideal addition to carry it around for use.
The color looks like a pinkish coral shade and has minute shimmer in it which are not visible on. The shade looks like a soft peach toned pink on me and lends a very natural looking flush. I really like the texture of it. Such soft finely milled powder which can fool you for a second making you think it is creamy. The pigmentation is on the lighter side but it can be built up gradually.
I felt that it didn't stay on for too long on me. I'm having slightly oily skin again and I think in about 2 hours or so it was completely gone. Personally I think for the price which is Rs. 250/- for 7 gms of product it is quite decent. A great product for a beginner given its texture and ease of use. You can apply it easily with your fingers and if you feel that you have too much on then just lightly blend it with a tissue. This will lift the excess and tone down the shade. You can see my tutorial on how to apply blush for more handy hints.

So that wraps up this review. Hope you all liked it. As always I wait to hear from you. What are your thoughts on the product? Have you tried it or are tempted too? It is nice to see Maybelline launching some interesting products in recent times and I know a lot of you are eagerly awaiting their Vivid lipsticks :) Well hopefully they make their way here soon. I will catch you soon - Take Care!
Would you purchase Maybelline Cheeky Glow Peachy Sweetie again? - Though the color is nice due to the staying power I would not.
Would you recommend Maybelline Cheeky Glow Peachy Sweetie to your friend? - For the texture and quality given the price I would. But might not coz of the staying power.
